This past Saturday I met with Tiffany and Matt who are getting married on October 10, 2010 at St. Clements Castle in Portland, Connecticut. They drove all the way down to Hoboken, NJ from Rhode Island for the shoot. Tiffany figured since the vibe/photos at the wedding will be more  natural and secret garden-y, why not go in the complete opposite direction with the engagement pictures? He headed to Court Street and the surrounding areas for an urban look, we had awesome light and I’m loving the pictures. Can’t wait to see what the big day will hold!

This afternoon we met up with our old friends Jeremy and Mandee who are engaged to be married next May. They are planning a super fun carnival themed wedding in Fort Collins, Colorado. So obviously, they thought the save-the-date cards should include a festive picture to get their guests excited for the big day. Enjoy!!

Today I had the pleasure of working with 2 of my fabulous cousins-Kerry Crawford on makeup and my pretty little cousin as our doll. Needless to day, we had tons of fun working together and I love the results. Here’s a few gems from the day….

Here is my second client from the Valentines Day Boudoir shoot. I love the way she turned out, its our Victoria’s Secret / Goddess vibe and I’m in awe with the results. I have a feeling her husband will be in awe too once he see’s all the images. Talk about a fun gift! (makeup by Kerry Crawford)

This past Saturday was my second annual Valentines Boudoir Day. It’s so much fun, I always work with fabulous clients and the results are always wonderful and girly. I  collaborated with makeup artist Kerry Crawford. She transforms the girls into what they hope to be–in this case a pin-up girl! I photographed this particular clients’ wedding and her newborn baby boy’s photo shoot. Can you believe in less than a year after having her son she is doing this shoot for a Valentine gift? She’s my hero!

Today I had the opportunity to shoot a beautiful bride-to-be. As a surprise gift for her fiance, she chose to do a boudoir shoot. Of course it was a blast, we had Kerry (kerrydering.com) do the makeup-which was fantastic as always. There are so many fun shots I’d love to post but the only one who’s allowed to see all of them is her lucky man!

Yesterday I did a shoot in Summit, NJ for this beauty. I worked with my favorite makeup artist, kerry (kerrydering.com)-she 3 distinct looks; fresh face and natural, vibrant lip and smokey eye.
