Yesterday I met up with an old friend to photograph her family. We figured the Nature Center in Stamford, CT would be the perfect spot to keep her 3 year old happy and preoccupied. Lots of fun was had, animals were pet, and everyone was happy!

This morning I met up with some old friends at the Nature Center in Stamford. I’ve been shooting this little guy since he was just a few months old-and now he’s an independent and very energetic 3 1/2 year old! The trees were hanging on to the last of their leaves, and it was very brisk out-yet the pictures turned out wonderful. Here are some shots from the day…

Yesterday I headed up to Stamford for a family photo shoot. I’d never been to this hidden gem (The Nature Center)-let me tell you, its an awesome place to take pictures at! Today I headed to Chester to shoot these cuties. We did an array of things, finishing the shoot off with a small petting zoo in the yard! It was way too much fun to handle-enjoy looking at some shots:

Last Saturday I met an old friend at my mother-in-law’s home in Connecticut for a photo shoot. They were coming all the way from New Hampshire-so it was a good middle point for us (plus I love the house and yard for shooting). I visited with my friends this past Sunday and couldn’t resist doing a small photo shoot with their little 10 month old girl, Talia. After ransacking her closet, this is the outfit we decided on. I love the simplicity of it, it looks like she just got in from a day of skiing or better yet, with this environment, fall farming!

Fun Fall Photo Shoot

This past Friday I did a shoot at my in-laws house in Oxford, CT. Their yard is an awesome backdrop for pictures…it is a 300 year old farmhouse with tons of character. Lots of fun gardens, a chicken coup, old honeycomb drawers, and across the street is the Housatonic River. The shoot was a complete success, I was so happy with all of the outfit choices Julianna’s mom brought with her–we had tons of versatility and the colors just popped in the environment.
