I got to see Charlie Keene yesterday morning for his 2 year photo shoot. I didn't think it was possible for him to get any cuter than last year, but he managed to blow me away again with his contagious smile and happy attitude. To say he is obsessed with rocks and dirt is an understatement, so trust me when I say Charlie Keene was in heaven at this location. There was tons of stuff for him to explore. We had a great time as always and I'm so happy I got to document another year in the life of this super guy!

Here is my first photo shoot from yesterday morning, back at the arboretum. Luckily for us, the vivid colors overshadowed the gloomy clouds in the sky. These two kids were so sweet and super adorable to work with, I think the pictures really show their personalities and love they have for each other.

I met up with Andrew this week for his 1 year portraits. Its crazy to think that a year ago I was photographing him as a little bitty

I met up with these 2 cuties this week for their holiday pictures. I was so excited to see Cecilia again and to meet her little baby sister, Corrina. Sister shoots are the best!

This week I met up with Avery and her parents for her fall photo shoot. She's such a chatty cathy and was loving having her picture taken, which I was totally excited about. We had so much fun, and I can't wait to see these guys again in a few weeks when her little baby brother or sister arrive.

Here is my last photo shoot from my Connecticut portrait day. The light was amazing, and I feel so lucky I was able to photograph this beautiful family in such a spectacular setting. Hope you enjoy my selections!

Here is the second family I photographed at my Connecticut Fall Portrait Day. I've been working with this family since their oldest was just a baby and its been awesome watching them grow and their personalities emerge. These two camera loving ladies are right up my ally -- they came with a big bag of accesories and a slew of poses. Here's just one "look" from their shoot. If you'd like to have a chuckle, be sure to check out the "out take" I posted to my

This past Saturday was my Connecticut Fall Portrait Day, and boy did I luck out with the best fall day EVER! The autumn colors were vibrant, the sky was blue and the temperature was perfect. Here is my first family from the day, I believe we kicked it off right with this super beautiful family.

I finished off my time in Brooklyn on Wednesday at sunset with Maya and her parents. It was so nice meeting the entire family, Maya definitely kept us entertained. She even had a stranger "oohing and ahhing" over how adorable she was. She really worked it for the camera, showing us her excited face, her happy face and her serious face. Mini model in the making? I think so!

I met up with Cameron and his parents on Wednesday for a shoot. It was a blast, these guys were great to work with and we couldn't have asked for better photo shooting conditions!

Today I met up with Lucas and Penelope for their holiday portraits. The style that was being thrown down for this shoot is beyond fabulous and the smiles are contagious. I love everything about it!

Finally we had a picture perfect afternoon for a photo shoot! I've been trying to photograph these three kids for the past month, but it seemed to rain every day we scheduled their shoot. I was so happy it finally worked out. These guys are awesome to work with, lots of poses and drama from the girls (typical!) and their brother is just the sweetest, laid back guy ever. A perfect combination for a beautiful family!
This morning I headed in to the city to photograph these two little guys. They are so precious and tiny, which reminded me of my little one and how small she was when we took her home from the hospital. I love how their personalities are shining through, Aaron was awake for the entire shoot (I don't think he wanted to miss any of the action), while Benjamin was just fine snoozing through the session. Adorable!

It was so nice waking up yesterday morning to sunshine, this rain has been putting a damper on my photo shoot schedule! Plus, I was super excited to see these 3 cuties again (we did a shoot last fall, and they were awesome). For this session we met in Hoboken down by pier c and did holiday portraits and some family shots. Picture perfect morning and picture perfect subjects!

Yesterday afternoon I had the honor of photographing a very special and intimate vow renewal ceremony. The afternoon was perfect...the light was soft, the beach was empty and it was absolutely 100% special. Having worked with these guys for years, it was so nice to come full circle with the celebration of their marriage and their family. I hope you enjoy the pictures I chose to show on the blog, you know I wanted to post ALL of them!!

This morning I met up with Jackson for his 1 year photoshoot. Can you even handle the fact that he threw down a number one finger sign?! I can't believe a whole year has gone by already. He's such a happy little guy -- and he's walking. We had a great time checking out The Waveny, playing in the grass and climbing trees. Overall I'd say it was a great day!

This evening I met up with Emma and her parents for her one year photo shoot. I LOVED her beautiful birthday dress...tulle always photographs so soft and pretty. We had quite an eventful shoot, it was filled with sun, rain and a rainbow. Emma managed to work it throughout all of the weather that came our way, like a true super model!

This afternoon I met up with these 3 cuties at the Van Vleck house for their holiday portraits. Everyone was in good spirits and we had a blast exploring the grounds. I think we got a few holiday card keepers!

I was super excited to photograph today's newborn, Julie. I've been working with her family since her parents got married five years ago. Not only are they always a blast to work with, but its also so much fun to see their family

Today I met up with Benjamin and his parents for his very first photo shoot. He was an angel to work with, even when he cried it was adorable. I was loving his nursery decor so we opted to take most of the photo's in his room - and the results are fabulous!
