Yesterday I headed to Chatham for a large family portrait involving babies, toddlers, little children + their parents and grandparents. As you can imagine there was lots of chaos, laughter, melt downs and more...yet we still managed to get some great portraits. It was a very fun experience to be a part of and to document, here are some of the "calmer" moments.....
Today I met up with Emily and Luke-who just welcomed home their baby sister, Lilly. We started off with some holiday portraits and then moved in to individual pictures of each of them. I loved the fact that Emily was referring to her photo shoot time as her "beauty shots!" Here are some pictures from our morning together....love it!
This morning I headed over to Chatham to photograph Kallen, who's only 9 days old. I've been working with her 2 older sisters for a few years now, and they are just so happy to have a new baby sister. It was adorable to watch them with her, being so gentle and careful. Three year old Kaden asked me "if I wanted a glass of wine" during our photo shoot (mind you- it was about 9 AM!). I nearly died, it was so funny. Anyway, here are some pictures from baby Kallen's newborn session.....
Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing these adorable children. Every time I work with them, we get great pictures. It was so exciting to see how they've all grown since our last shoot, and to meet the latest addition, a beautiful baby girl! Here are some pictures from our time together....
Today I shot Luke, William and their mom-who is due with her third boy in a few weeks! The thought behind the shoot was for it to be a surprise wedding anniversary gift for their dad. Such a wonderful gift! We decided to do the shoot in the bedroom, with its soft environment and calming colors. Here's a few shots from our day...
