New Jersey Family Photography | family traditions

This weekend I got to do something a little different for my family photo shooting. On Saturday I met up with some friends for their annual family portraits, and after we captured their traditional images- we moved inside for some breakfast. Every weekend these guys all get together in the kitchen to whip up some delicious pancakes- as a family. What better than to capture this tradition and the memories they make on camera, right?! I'm loving how they turned out, and I might have to copy this idea and do the same when my little ones are old enough. Enjoy!

Manhattan Family Photographer | sister fun

This morning I met up with these 2 adorable little ladies for their holiday pictures. We started with some hang time inside and then finished up with some wintery fun in their neighborhood. I can't decide what I like better, the inside shots or the outside shots. Decisions, decisions!

Hoboken Baby Photographer | Emma Rose at 6 months

Although I am technically on maternity leave, its kind of hard to stay away from taking pictures....so today I did a spontaneous shoot with my friends and their sixth month old, Emma. To say she's a cutie pie is an understatement, so I mean- I really just couldn't resist photographing her. Hope you enjoy the sneak peak!

I call this next series "baby boudoir".....and I die....

New Jersey Family Photographer | Kallen at 9 days old

NewJerseynewbornphotographer This morning I headed over to Chatham to photograph Kallen, who's only 9 days old. I've been working with her 2 older sisters for a few years now, and they are just so happy to have a new baby sister. It was adorable to watch them with her, being so gentle and careful.  Three year old Kaden asked me "if I wanted a glass of wine" during our photo shoot (mind you- it was about 9 AM!). I nearly died, it was so funny. Anyway, here are some  pictures from baby Kallen's newborn session.....
