This week I had the pleasure of photographing an adorable newborn, Maddox. I was so excited to meet him, and to catch up with his parents and older brother. So much has changed within the past year - mainly the addition of Maddox to their family. Hope you enjoy this snippet of our shoot.
Last night I met up with my super talented artist friend and fellow blogger of The Asylum for her annual family portraits. This year we wanted an equestrian look, but of course with a twist! I believe Catherine took it to the next level with the chic outfits everyone wore juxtaposed with our earthy surroundings. I had so much fun working with the whole gang, her kids are amazing in front of the camera (as are the parents!). So happy with the outcome- hopefully you enjoy the eye candy!
This weekend I headed to Carl Shurz park for a shoot with Asher, Aaron and Ben. I haven't seen these guys in a year, and so much has changed. I loved interacting with the twins, and seeing their little personalities that have emerged. We had a great time together and I'm so happy with our results. Enjoy!
So. I found my new favorite place: Kittatinny State Park. Oh. My. God. Its so magical looking right now with the fields of wild flowers- its like a dream coming to life. I was very excited to head to this place with one of my favorite families--these guys were dressed so perfectly for the surroundings. I can't believe how old Grace and Georgia are getting, I've been shooting them since they were babies. Where does the time go? Hope you like my preview....
Yesterday I met up with little miss Lila Wren and her family for her very first photo shoot. Lila was so alert, I swear she didn't want to miss the party so she did her very best to stay awake the whole time. Its like she knew she was getting her picture taken and wanted to be sure she was giving her best face at all times. OK, so maybe we got her to sleep for a few minutes....just enough time to capture some super sweet peaceful poses!
This past week I met up with Zoe and her parents for a summer fun shoot at Frelinghysen Arboretum. The grounds were in full bloom and Zoe was a gorgeous subject to photograph. Here are just a few of my favorites from our time together....

Another mix of beach and backyard fun from the Hamptons shoots this past week with Lucas and Penelope. I'm switching it up this time with black and white beach shots...some times it just feels so right!
This past week was spent shooting families in LBI and the Hamptons (yes, I love my job). Here are one of my families from the Hamptons beach shoots. We had a beautiful evening and were able to take portraits at their house and at the beach. I love both settings so much, I just can't pick a favorite. Hope you enjoy these cuties!

Yesterday I headed down to Allaire State Park for a photo shoot with such a beautiful family. It was a bit of a change for me, working with older kids- and I loved it. We explored the surroundings and the whole group worked it for my camera. I'm totally loving everything from our time together and hope you do too!
My last shoot of the day on Saturday was with Isabel. Time sure has flown since her newborn shoot, I can't believe she's six months already! Loved seeing how she's grown and her personality has emerged. Absolutely adorable!

This morning I met up with some old friends who are expecting their second baby. It was so good to see them, to see how much their son has grown since his 1 year shoot and to witness "the bump" before the new little one arrives. We couldn't have asked for a better spring day! Today I met up with Mollie for her very first photo shoot. The goal of the day was to capture images of the main star (Mollie) and also get portraits with her big sister, Maggie and the rest of the family. I believe we succeeded in our goals. Love these images so much!
This morning I met up with Chase for his newborn portraits. What a gorgeous baby boy! We had lots of fun taking pictures, making memories and creating "new" family portraits. L-O-V-E the shots of him with big brother, Charlie Keene.
I believe my favorite type of shoot to do is an outdoor spring shoot at sunset. Last night was totally magical, the light was so amazing, and the colors of the grass made everything that much better. I had a blast catching up with these guys, the last time I saw them, their son was just a couple years old...and now he's so tall and has a little sister! Overall, I will say last night was definitely one to remember. Hope you love the pictures as much as I do!
Today I had the pleasure of meeting my very good friends baby boy, Harrison. This guy is a total dream boat with his perfect skin and amazing lips. In between our peaceful portraits was lots of laugher and happiness. There's nothing quite like photographing an old friends baby, and watching their family grow. Congratulations J & J!
