Here is my second client from the Valentines Day Boudoir shoot. I love the way she turned out, its our Victoria's Secret / Goddess vibe and I'm in awe with the results. I have a feeling her husband will be in awe too once he see's all the images. Talk about a fun gift! (makeup by Kerry Crawford)
This past Saturday was my second annual Valentines Boudoir Day. It's so much fun, I always work with fabulous clients and the results are always wonderful and girly. I collaborated with makeup artist Kerry Crawford. She transforms the girls into what they hope to be--in this case a pin-up girl! I photographed this particular clients' wedding and her newborn baby boy's photo shoot. Can you believe in less than a year after having her son she is doing this shoot for a Valentine gift? She's my hero!
Today I headed down to Fair Haven, NJ to photograph Josie-who is just a few weeks old. I shot her parents wedding a few years back, so it was great to catch up with them and to meet the new addition to their family. We had so much fun, and I love the pictures. Here's a little glimpse into our day....

Yesterday I headed down to Locust, NJ for a pregnancy photo shoot. The idea behind the session was to celebrate the coming of a winter baby-so we chose to shoot primarily outdoors. It was so much fun-we lucked out with a relatively warm afternoon. The lighting was beautiful and I'm so excited with the results. I was able to work with my favorite makeup artist on this shoot as well, Kerry Crawford.
Yesterday, we braved the surprise mini blizzard we awoke to and headed north to Longmeadow, Massachusetts for a New Years Eve wedding. By the time we arrived, the sun was shining and the ground was covered with a pretty coating of white powder-the perfect backdrop for such a holiday affair. The bride and groom's evening wedding ceremony took place at St. Mary's Catholic Church with a reception at Longmeadow Country Club. It was very festive and fun, the New Years Eve energy was electrifying-I love the last picture of them kissing as the clock struck midnight!

Yesterday I photographed Allison (who is due in a few weeks!) and her husband Matt. Kerry Crawford (http://www.kerrymakeup.com/) did Allison's makeup-and as always did an amazing job giving her a fresh, vibrant look. Tonight I did a quick shoot for my friend's dog, Fergie. Not only did she let us put a dress on her, but she let us drape her in Christmas lights. So funny, so glamorous.

This afternoon I headed to Kittatinny Valley State Park for a photo shoot with Talia. We lucked out with a gorgeous day and perfectly golden light. I'm so happy with the results!
This afternoon I met up with an old friend in Hoboken, NJ to photograph her 14 month old baby boy. We started the shoot out on Court Street, a favorite place of mine (although slightly treacherous for those who are new to walking). Nonetheless, Gavin managed just fine and we got great shots. We finished up the session at a park, where the lighting was fabulous!
So I have convinced my cousin to dress her 1 year old up as an elf for his holiday photos this year. Maybe we are mean, but I would consider it more of just girls wanting to dress babies up as dolls. What? Is that bad? As I went on a search for some outfits, I came across this amazing website. The snowball baby made my year. This morning I met up with some old friends at the Nature Center in Stamford. I've been shooting this little guy since he was just a few months old-and now he's an independent and very energetic 3 1/2 year old!
