I believe my favorite type of shoot to do is an outdoor spring shoot at sunset. Last night was totally magical, the light was so amazing, and the colors of the grass made everything that much better. I had a blast catching up with these guys, the last time I saw them, their son was just a couple years old...and now he's so tall and has a little sister! Overall, I will say last night was definitely one to remember. Hope you love the pictures as much as I do!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting my very good friends baby boy, Harrison. This guy is a total dream boat with his perfect skin and amazing lips. In between our peaceful portraits was lots of laugher and happiness. There's nothing quite like photographing an old friends baby, and watching their family grow. Congratulations J & J!

Here's todays newborn shoot with Charlotte. Total angel to work with and what a fun bonus to get some fab shots with her older brother!

Corrina is turning 1 this Thursday! She's such a happy girl, I am not exaggerating when I say she smiled and laughed through 90% of her shoot on Sunday. Her birthday balloons may have blown away within the first 3 minutes of getting to the park, but who cares when you have a smile like this as your accessory?!

Yesterday I met up with Olivia for her first birthday photo shoot. Despite the cold, we managed to get some great shots...hope you enjoy the preview!

This morning I headed in to NYC for some shooting. My first shoot involved taking a communion picture for this little guy. I think we really lucked out with the setting, because of the angel that sits atop the Bethesda Fountain in Central Park. I'm loving this portrait. After we took some communion shots, we switched the focus to this guys little sister for some fun shots in the park. Nothing quite like a tutu to add a touch of whimsy!

I met up with two beautiful "parents-to-be" on Tuesday in Hoboken. We were so lucky to schedule the shoot when we did, because shortly after we finished, the rain began to come down. I had so much fun getting to know them, they truly are a fun couple. I think it shows through in their portraits--their happiness jumps right out you and I love it.

This week I met up with Eula for her very first photo shoot. Oh my, what a sweet little baby gir l-- with such a peaceful temperament! She didn't want to miss a beat during her shoot, so she stayed awake the entire time. She was such a trouper as she allowed us to change her in to different outfits and shoot her in an array of looks. Loving this baby doll, especially her cheeks and those eyes!

Today we headed out to visit the newest addition to our family....my cousin and her husband just had their first baby, Jack. He is so so handsome, I fell in love once our eyes met. We were happy to hang, hold him and hear all about his birth story. Here are a few pictures I snapped during our visit. So happy for them!
We just got back from a wonderful vacation down in Florida with our family. I'm so grateful for our little getaway, it was just what we needed after such a long winter. While away, I had the chance to photograph my grandparents, who have been married for 70 years. They're such amazing people who have seen so much in their lifetime, and I am beyond honored to have photographed them for their upcoming anniversary party. I had to share the pictures because they are so adorable.

Here is my final shoot from the Sparta portrait sessions. It was with a dear friend and their newest addition, Milo. OMG this was my first time meeting him, and I was in love. Such a happy little guy, even in the chilly weather. So glad I got to meet him and photograph his adorable face!

I love maternity shoots that are outdoors and yesterday's session really got me inspired. Not only did I get to work with a beautiful mamma-to-be, but her adorable twins and awesome husband. The tones of nature play so well off of their outfit choices, resulting in happiness for my eyes to see!

Yesterday afternoon I met up with Callahan for his first portrait session. He was such a rock star, working it for the camera outside in the chilly weather. This little guy is so cute, and if the pictures had sound- you would love hearing his jabbering and squeals. Such a cutie!
Today I met up with newborn, Zoe and her parents. These guys were so much fun to work with, and Zoe has such a sweet, peaceful personality. We had a perfect day together and as a result, we were able to capture lots of looks. Hope you enjoy this little glimpse in to our afternoon!

Here's a little shoot I did with my daughter this morning, she really wasn't in the mood for this- but I made her do it anyway :) Happy Valentines Day!
Today I photographed a very handsome 7 day old baby boy. He was a total dreamboat....not only was this baby boy super cute, but he also had a mellow personality that was beyond totally adorable. I had so much fun photographing him, I mean, between the face and the yawn expressions - who wouldn't be in heaven?!

Today I met up with Cole and his parents for his one year photo shoot. I was so excited that we got to do the shoot outdoors, showcasing all of the fabulous snow we got just days ago (winter shoots are my personal favorite, partially because I love shooting in snow!). Cole is such a cutie pie, he was all smiles, mixed with lot of intense studies of the landscape surrounding him. The mix of facial expressions was perfect "baby model face". The bottom line is that I am totally obsessed with the outcome. Hope you agree!

Today I shot Jaxon at just 10 days old. What a sweetheart! I think I am falling in love with each photograph we took today....here is just the tip of the iceberg. Love!

The other day I met up with my girlfriend who's due on Tuesday (can you believe it?!). I packed my camera with me, thinking if she was feeling up to it- I'd love to snap a picture of her belly before the baby arrives. I was so happy that she was totally down with the idea, so before I left, we gathered our little ones and I snapped this shot of her in her front yard. It was bitterly cold out, my baby girl was strapped to the front of me the ergobaby (her head kept blocking my lens!). This mamma-to-be's son was running around the yard like a little wild indian. We may not have gotten a perfect shot of her with her son, AND the bump...but we did capture this special picture. You'd never know the chaos that was going on behind the scenes! Love the wintery light shining down on her.
This afternoon I met up with one of the most smiley babies I've ever met...little Miss Tatum. I swear she is like the happiest baby ever and she made my job as easy as could be. Here's a little snip-it of the day, we'll call this the blue wall series :)
