Today's maternity shoot took place in Hoboken, NJ. We started off indoors and then met up with Alison's husband for some outdoor portraits involving the both parent's-to-be. Kerry Crawford did the makeup...always a great addition to a photo shoot. I'm loving the soft, natural makeup. It went perfectly with the overall feel of the day.....
Today I headed down to Betsy's place (part of my second team of wedding photographers) for a test engagement shoot. This entire photoshoot was her fantastic, creative idea.....to turn a bride-to-be into an actual wedding cake. Complete with a fondant bodice and icing skirt, icing headband and much more. I still smell like a cake! Here are some shots I took from our day together-

Today I shot Luke, William and their mom-who is due with her third boy in a few weeks! The thought behind the shoot was for it to be a surprise wedding anniversary gift for their dad. Such a wonderful gift! We decided to do the shoot in the bedroom, with its soft environment and calming colors. Here's a few shots from our day...

Today I headed up to Stamford, CT to meet up with little Emme. She's grown so much since our last photo shoot, where she basically slept through the whole thing! Today I met up with this beautiful couple, who are due with their first child in May. They wanted the shoot to be a celebration of their love and the town they fell in love in. These guys are real champs considering it was 28 degrees this morning. You'd never know it from their pictures, here's a few from the shoot....

Today I headed to Morris Plains to photograph Teaghan and Isabella for their mid-year photo session. Doing a mid-year shoot is so fantastic because the changes the babies make within a few months is so drastic-I swear I wouldn't have been able to pick them out of line up since seeing them when they were only 3 weeks! Their cheeks and their big blue eyes are just breathtaking, here are some shots from our day.....
Today I had the pleasure of working with 2 of my fabulous cousins-Kerry Crawford on makeup and my pretty little cousin as our doll. Needless to day, we had tons of fun working together and I love the results. Here's a few gems from the day....
This morning I headed into Jersey City for a pregnancy shoot. Not only were my subjects beautiful, but so was the space I had to work in. The main objective was to make the belly the focus. I think we were pretty successful, yet I couldn't help but get some pictures that showed the love between the soon-to-be parents, and to capture their personalities. I am excited to announce that I've expanded the wedding photography division of my business! I recently found two amazingly talented and creative female photographers that will be my new dream team. There names are Angelique and Betsy and they will be taking on all weddings booked for the remainder of the 2010 wedding season-and all weddings for 2011. Over the course of the next few weeks I will be updating my website with their bio's and samples of their previous wedding photography work.
